Once your order is handed to our delivery carrier, an automated confirmation email containing a unique tracking code and carrier portal link is sent immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier status scans to refresh.

If package contents arrive damaged or outer seal is broken, take high-resolution photographs within 48 hours of delivery and contact our support team. We initiate carrier investigations promptly and issue swift replacements.

We honor returns within 30 days of shipment delivery provided items meet original factory conditions.

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered textiles or apparel with all original artisan tags and protective packaging intact qualify for a full refund back to original payment method.

Custom-tailored weaves, personalized embroidery, clearance archive garments, and intimate apparel items cannot be returned due to hygiene and bespoke production parameters.

Email our customer support desk at info@comfortsecure.in with your invoice number, item details, and reason for return within 30 days.

Pack the unwashed garments in their original protective bag with original tags attached along with a printed copy of your receipt.

Send your return package via tracked courier service to our Netaji Subash Place dispatch office in Pitampura, New Delhi.

Our QA team verifies returned goods within 48 hours of receipt. Approved refunds process back to original accounts within 5 to 7 business days.
